Wheat Research Greenhouse Phenomics

Research focuses on high-throughput screens for crop seedling phenotypes associated with biotic and abiotic stresses such as from cold tolerance, winter kill, disease scoring of rust pathogens, and preharvest sprouting. We have a Phenospex Plant Eye with drought spotter and a LemnaTec Scanalyzer for screening of crop seedling phenotypes.
